Design Notes

The part was designed so that LacI transcription/translation does not affect the transcription/translation of CysDes. In other words LacI+lacIq cassette (BBa_K731300) is in the reverse direction. Tac promoter + Lac operator + CysDes are in the forward direction.

The nucleotide sequence of CysDes Part BBa_K731300 used to create this composite part has been codon optimised before Gene Synthesis by Genescript.
